How to place an order?

1) Log In
  • If you have registered before please click on Log In. Enter your Email Address and Password and click on Sign In.
  • If you are a new customer please click on Register. Fill in your information (First name, Last name, Email, Telephone, Company Name, Address, Tax ID and Password) and click on Create.
2) Find the item you wish to buy. Choose the size run then the color. Click on Add to Cart.
4) When you are finish choosing the items. Click on Cart and Check Out
  • Enter your Shipping Address -The shipping address is the address which you wish to receive the order. Click on Continue to shipping method.
  • Choose the shipping method. Click on Continue to payment method.
  • Enter your Payment Method -Credit card or Paypal.
  • Enter your Billing Address -The billing address is the address associated with your credit card – it is used to verify your credit card information. Your billing address is where you receive your bank statement for the credit card. Click on Complete order.
  • Enter your Discount Code if you have one on the right side of the page. Click on Apply.
  • Click on Complete order.
 5) You will be directed to a page with the summary of your order and order number. Your order has been successful saved.


How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Has my order shipped?

An email will the shipping details will be email to you when the order is shipped.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please email our Customer Service team at: customersupport@blossomfootwear.com Please note that once an order has been shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click on the tracking number on the email we send you when the item is shipped. 

My order never arrive.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service for assistance at: customersupport@blossomfootwear.com

How do I edit my account information?

Click on Your Account at the top middle of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click on the log in page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says Forgot your password. Please click on it. It will ask for your email address you used to register with us with. Click on Submit. An email will be send to you to reset your password.

How do I return my product?

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 2 weeks of Delivery.
Returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free. Please email us at customersupport@blossomfootwear.com  to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Do you ship to my country?

During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

How do I navigate the site?
