How to place an order?1) Log In
- If you have registered before please click on Log In. Enter your Email Address and Password and click on Sign In.
- If you are a new customer please click on Register. Fill in your information (First name, Last name, Email, Telephone, Company Name, Address, Tax ID and Password) and click on Create.
- Enter your Shipping Address -The shipping address is the address which you wish to receive the order. Click on Continue to shipping method.
- Choose the shipping method. Click on Continue to payment method.
- Enter your Payment Method -Credit card or Paypal.
- Enter your Billing Address -The billing address is the address associated with your credit card – it is used to verify your credit card information. Your billing address is where you receive your bank statement for the credit card. Click on Complete order.
- Enter your Discount Code if you have one on the right side of the page. Click on Apply.
- Click on Complete order.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I edit my account information?
Click on Your Account at the top middle of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click on the log in page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says Forgot your password. Please click on it. It will ask for your email address you used to register with us with. Click on Submit. An email will be send to you to reset your password.
How do I return my product?
No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 2 weeks of Delivery.
Returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free. Please email us at email@example.com to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.
