We ship via: Local Delivery, UPS, USPS, FedEx Trucking (example: UCL, EDI, Flying Horse, etc) All shipping cost will be informed to you prior to shipping out. All freight must be paid prior to order shipping out.

Trucking

We offer several major carries such as EDI, UCL, Pelham, and etc. For freight shipments we will contact you with the shipping cost. You may also chose your own shipping company. 

Will-Call:

Orders must be placed a minimum of one hour ahead of pick-up. No lift gate is needed.

International shipments

We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products worldwide. We have partnered with iGlobal to fulfill our orders outside of the United States. With international shipping you will be able to view product prices, shipping cost, and taxes in your own currency. You can chose from several shipping options such as UPS Expedited, UPS Saver, UPS Standard, and etc. You can also choose whether or not to prepay your duites and taxes. 

How to place an international order

  1. Please click the flag on the top left side of the page.
  2. Chose the country you are from and start shopping. 
  3. Place the product in the shopping cart (if you have already have something in the cart  before you click on the flag please clear it and place it again). 
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Input your billing and shipping information, chose the shipping options, chose yes or no on the prepay duty & tax, input your payment, and then click on place my order.

Shipping Options

International orders will be shipped via UPS. In order to facilitate the order process, you'll be given two or more shipping options based on the amount of time the order will take to arrive. Delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday) and reference transit time only. There may be additional time required to process the order before it ships. Please note that most shipping carriers do not ship on major U.S. holidays.

Prepaying Duty & Taxes / Guaranteed Landed Cost

In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the deminimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.

Returns:

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 2 weeks of Delivery.

Returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free. Please email us at customersupport@blossomfootwear.com  to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.
